What I bought today in Ealing Broadway

Today I decided to take a trip to Ealing Broadway which was totally an unplanned and random trip. I visited this place because when I was little I use to live close by the area and would go to a church with my family every Sunday near the town centre and right after would pop into town centre. when visiting  Ealing Broadway it bought back many childhood memories and walking around felt very familiar despite a few changes around.

Whilst in Ealing Broadway I managed to find some gorgeous pieces which I just had to buy. Some of these pieces where tried on before buying whilst few others I feel in love with to much to even try on and think twice about them.

Here is the first thing I picked up whilst shopping in Ealing Broadway today is from Miss Selfridge. A Grey Flute Sleeve Bardot Top. I never thought I'd buy a top with Ruffle Sleeves as I find most of them are to long for me or seem to not suit me, however I find the ruffles on this Bardot Top perfect for my shorter arms and they just make this standard Bardot Top look more elegant and classy, giving you the more stylish and trendy look with Ruffle Sleeves being on trend right now.

The second thing I saw and knew I had to have were these Suedette Peep Toe Ankle Boots. When I saw them in light brown I knew these were just made for me. Soon after I noticed them in black. I couldn't decide whether to get them in light brown or black. I therefore took booth pairs to suit each different outfit and not worry if one colour would match the outfit. I find these Peep Toe Heeled Shoes to be great because they are perfect for many occasions and can be worn with jeans, dress or a skirt. The heel on these Peep Toe Heels is the right height if on your feet for a long time.

The third thing I bought were these New Look Pretty Bow Back Leggings with a detail Bow at the bottom of them and ideal to wear with flats, pumps, trainers or sandals for a more casual look.

The forth item that caught my eye within a split second where I fell in love with the colour of this New Look ROSE gold Metallic Panel Backpack. I am not one to really wear a backpack as I don't tend to find them to be very girly for me, yet I just love this backpack and can not wait to style it up with one with a top and my Pretty Bow Back Leggings and some shoes. the Rose Gold colour on the backpack just makes this a must have piece and gives it that more girly style which I find not a lot of woman's backpacks have.

The fifth thing I bought was Primark Pug Pyjama Bottoms. I don't think a lot of you know that I have a love for pugs and when I saw these gorgeous bottoms. both for a bargain price; Stripy Pink Pug Bottoms for £6. I know I had to have these and would not be going home without these Stripy Pug Bottoms. I can't wait to put it on for bed tonight. I know it's just a pair of pyjama bottoms but I am overly excited, like a child gets when they finally get what they wanted.

The last thing that caught my eye was this Miss Selfridge Petite Embroidered Bomber Jacket which I wasn't sure if it would fit or look good on due to me struggling to buy a decent jacket that isn't to long in the arms or tight. Well after trying one size it was to tight, I therefore went a size up and it was slightly loose but not to loose yet still be able to be worn. I then decided to purchase the bomber jack that I firs feel in love when I saw it there on the hanger with the floral patter that is a very big trend that many of us and celebrates are earing in different pieces of clothing, accessories and now even shoes.

I hope you liked these gorgeous High Street pieces I picked up today and maybe now you will go and buy some of the pieces seen in this post 😊

My famous Burberry Scarf And How to Recognise a Real from Fake.

As winter is still here but not for long now and year after year we see many people wearing the classic famous Burberry Scarf in brown or as most of you would say 'Camel'. I have just purchase mine a bit late with winter finishing however such a design and brand wouldn't be out of fashion and style sooner or later.

My very own Burberry Scarf and packaging:

I'm sure many of you have seen the famous Burberry scarf in Various colours ranging from dark grey, black and all the way to green. No matter the colour of the scarf, we still know its a luxury branded design.

This iconic piece speaks for itself and not words are needed when seen wearing this famous classic iconic well know scarf. It can be worn with practically anything, adding that more class to an outfit especially a standard everyday look.

Where the scarf came from and production process.

In 1856, Burberry was just a small shop located on Haymarket Street in Hampshire, England The shop was run  by a guy called Thomas Nicholas Burberry. He made many different items. Few years later and this small shop became a well known designer brand which many of us now shop at and know very well.

Going back to the famous Burberry Scarf. I love how the scarf is 100% cashmere and the cashmere on the Scarf comes from cashmere sheep. Knowing this, now gives you more insight as to why the prices for a Burberry Scarf is costly and this is why because Burberry have to wait a year before actually being able to make and put the next scarf out for sale. Well wouldn't we all like to think that was true. In reality that would be a vey long wait and production of the Burberry Scarf. The cashmere is taken from the belly where the soft fur is found on the plant seen below:

In this process no animal cruelty is seen in the production of the Scarf. The scarf then get washed and woven in Scottish water and run through with thistles. And lastly the Scarf gets labelled and packed before it's sold in store and online.

How to tell an Authentic and Replica Scarf

In order to see if the famous Burberry Scarf is real or not by the lines on the Scarf; blurred into one another means the scarf is real and authentic.  It is very hard to spot a fake Burberry Scarf. The Fake Scarf will have uneven lines and may contain wider spaces in-between the line or wider blurred lines itself.

The Pattern

The strips on this Scarf should be vertical and horizontal. More likely having crooked strips on the Scarf would indicate a replica. There shouldn't be any blending within the colours and most strips should meet cleanly meaning that not always will this be the case on a Burberry Scarf.

The Inside Tag & Zipper

Every tag on a real (Authentic) Scarf should match the colour of the lining with uniform stitching. The print will be straight and centred and the back of the tag will say 'Made in Italy' with a code underneath it. With the zipper always saying Burberry on both the sides.

I hope this post has helped you to recognise a Real Authentic Scarf from a Fake Replica.

Bardot Ruffle Sleeve Outfit

It's about time I did another post of my Outfit Of The Day/ Night. It has been a while and I thought I'd share a simple yet stylish outfit I put together within seconds. I love this outfit very much because it can be worn during the day for a more casual classy look or an evening dinner or some sort of night out that doesn't involve the club as we all know the dress code no jeans.

Ever girl likes to look good and feel great and with such a simple yet classy outfit that doesn't require to much standing in front of the wardrobe and can save you valuable time in the morning is always a great pick and must have piece in that wardrobe of yours.

Outfit details: A Grey Flute Sleeve Bardot Top (Miss Selfridge), Blue Ripped Knee Distressed Hem Skinny Jenna Jeans (New Look), Grey and Gold Chain High Heels (eBay), Pandora bracelets, Michael Kors Rose Gold Ladies Watch.

I recently just bought this Top and feel in love with it from the moment I saw it in store. Now that I have actually worn it I love it even more. The Grey Bardot Top has gorgeous Ruffle detail that just give the Top that extra fashionable style when worn with jeans, trousers or even a skirt.

Having a standard Bardot Top can sometimes make your outfit a bit boring therefore I chose one with ruffles to make my outfit a statement piece with this Top. Ruffles are now in style and we see more people wear ruffle Tops like never before. I would recommend having a look for a Ruffle Sleeve Top that suits you and your figure.

The Grey and Gold chain heels go so well with the top by the match of same tone grey colour, giving any girl that classy and stylish womanly look perfect for an day or night look. I found these by accident whilst searching on one of the users other items on eBay and straight away that same day bought them without thinking twice. I'm glad a bought these Grey and Gold Chain Heels as they are so lovely just as seen on the picture when purchasing and hardly anyone will have the same pair as me.  I'm sure if you search round like I did you can find some lovely unique or less frequent pieces.

Theses Jeans are my favourite pair and are so comfy. They practically look good with anything and shape my figure well with the ripped knee still being high in trend for a long while now.
